To donate venison through Hunters Sharing the Harvest, use Cherry Flats Processing LLC and This is My Quest. None of these shops is on the PGC cooperating processor list. Under the 2026-27 CWD rules you don't need one, since any shop can take your deer as long as high-risk parts go out with the trash. That's 67% of local shops in HSH, against 36% statewide. None of these processors list a 24/7 drop-off. If you hunt until dark, call ahead about late intake or keep the deer iced.
Specialty work advertised by shops on this list: snack sticks (2 shops), jerky (2 shops), fresh sausage (2 shops) and vacuum sealing (2 shops). Bear and elk aren't mentioned in these listings; call ahead to confirm a shop will take one. No shop here publishes a base price online, so ask for the standard deer rate and any add-ons when you call.
Tioga County is in the PGC's Northcentral Region. Region at a glance: The Pennsylvania Wilds: big woods, State Game Lands and the elk range around Elk, Cameron and Clearfield counties. If every cooler here is full, neighboring Sullivan, Lycoming, Bradford and Clinton counties have 15 listed processors between them. If you want your deer tested for CWD, ask the shop to save the head, or drop it at a free PGC head bin.

Drop-off checklist
- Tag it right away. Tag the deer immediately after harvest and before you move it. The tag goes on the ear and stays there until the deer is processed.
- Field dress and cool fast. Remove entrails, drain the cavity and get the deer cold. In warm weather, pack the cavity with bagged ice.
- High-risk parts go in the trash. New for 2026-27: you can move a deer anywhere, but once it leaves the kill site the head, backbone and spleen must go out with commercial trash. A processor handles that for you.
- Report within 10 days. Online, by phone at 1-800-838-4431, or with the digest report card.
